(Digital Marketing Agency, thesnsgroup.com)- World’s
second biggest PC manufacturer Hewlett-Packard Co is on the brink of
finalizing its $2.7 billion acquisition of Aruba Networks Inc, a renowned Wi-Fi
network gear maker, as the California-based company looks to boost its share in
the wireless local area network (WLAN) market, with more firms allowing
employees to access work systems through their wireless devices.
The deal will also help HP better challenge for E-Rate
- the largest U.S. educational technology subsidy program - which helps connect
schools and public libraries to high-speed Internet.
"I think it will add a layer of high-growth revenue
to the mix in a way it helps HP reach its goal of growing faster,"
Atlantic Equities analyst Josep Bori said.
