Facebook Confirmed Its Opening Up Messenger Service To Third-Party Developers



Facebook has confirm its opening up messenger service to third-party developers, in which will allow them to further add function of their own. According to Digital Marketing Agency,    “Facebook effectively completes the four-year-old software's transformation from a"lightweight" chat app, spun off from the main Facebook site, into a fully-fledged "platform" of its own.”

So far, there are more than 40 new add-on apps has been created and developed so far. Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook founder said 600 million people already used Messenger, in these sense to make the conversation better, allowing other social networks and services to directly post to it is the best choice.

Additionally, Mark Zuckerberg also unveil plan on an associated service called Businesses on Messenger, consuming the app instead of email, the public will be able to interacts with other companies that they buy goods and other interaction. However, one expert stated that Messenger would become bloat and create risk.
