Electronics Co Ltd has reportedly decided against using Qualcomm Inc's processors
for the next version of its flagship Galaxy S smartphone, with its own
processor instead opted for.
According to Bloomberg, world’s
leading smartphone maker Samsung already tested the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 810
chip and made up their mind on snubbing the chip, without offering any details.
Meanwhile, a Qualcomm spokesman
declined to comment on the report, while a Samsung spokeswoman said the company
does not comment on rumours.
