– Speculation is all over the news of the South Korean electronics company,
Samsung, mostly about its most popular lineup, Samsung Galaxy S models.
Reports citing that the
next version of this famous series, Galaxy S6, will come with a new fingerprint
technology, that is, a touch-based instead of a swipe-based one.
Sammobile, citing anonymous sources, is saying that the
company is ditching the swiped-based sensor, and instead bringing in a
touch-based sensor. This will again be integrated under the home button, but
the company has increased the size on the home button for seamless use of the
new sensor. It is supposed to work similar to what we see on iPhones.
However, according to the report, this plan is still in a
drawing pace and has yet been tested.
