– The South Korean multinational
automotive manufacturer Hyundai will let
car enthusiasts get a glimpse of its new Blue Link App, an application that
allows users to remotely control their cars, at CES in Las Vegas this week.
The
Android-based app uses Bluetooth to link the app from the car with a voice
command and let users remotely start, lock
and unlock doors, find the vehicles in a parking lot, call for roadside
assistance or call the
Blue Link service, flash the lights, and honk the horn.
The Blue
Link app will be officially available via Google Play store sometime during the first quarter of 2015 in both smart devices
and wearable tech.
