(Digital Marketing Agency)
– Google-owned video streaming platform YouTube who has just updated the site
to become more appealing with an easier way to find music might face a lawsuit
from Global Music Right over the music issue.
A representative
firm of more than 40 music stars, the firm believes that YouTube has released 20,000 videos including Pharrell Williams, the Eagles,
John Lennon and Chris Cornell without their consents.
GMR hopes that YouTube will remove those videos since the
stars of the songs have yet to approve with the release.
YouTube is expected to abide by GMR’s request or face a
one billion lawsuit soon.
