DuetDisplay Allows On-Screen Beaming of iPad and Mac without Wi-Fi

(Digital Marketing Agency) – Several former engineers from Apple have gathered and created an app that connect the screen of iPad to iMac and MacBook called DuetDisplay.

Much like AirDrop for Android operating system, the application allows beaming of data from iPad to Apple’s computer, making iPad displays as the secondary screen for iMac. However, the difference between DuetDisplay and AirDrop is that it beams the data via Lightning cable, meaning that no WiFi connection is needed, hence, saving the internet bill and no interval issue.

The app also has an energy saving mode for computer that is not powerful enough to still be able to maximize the iPad’s Retina resolution.
