(Digital Marketing Agency) – Computing
giant Microsoft has confirmed the departure of Windows Phone’s ‘Rooms group
chat’ this march, believing this to be a great way for new features that will
come along Windows 10 and help users interact better.
According to The
Verge, Windows Phone 8 users will be able to view their existing “Rooms” but
will not be able to create new ones or send any messages from March. The group
chat feature will be removed entirely for those who update to Windows 10
Technical Preview for phones.
The removal of the
feature is believed to make room for its successors that can function on other operating
systems and devices instead of only Windows Phone.
