CLS had challenged a law by the Alice Corp

According to Digital Marketing Agency reported, the US Supreme Court has been solving an argument between CLS and Alice Corp.

The judges agree that a software patent has problem. Alice Corp had added the existing technique and other ideas.

CLS had challenged a law by the Australian company Alice Corp. the court has official decision that Alice Corp had added CLS abstract idea that involve with financial trades and they also added the concept of “generic computer implementation”.

And then this decision of the court was support by Google and Facebook, and IBM is also warning the limited of the quality of business.
