Google Set to Launch Mobile Phone Plans in Deals with US Internet Heavyweights

(Digital Marketing Agency, thesnsgroup.com)- Google Inc. is reportedly preparing to launch its project codenamed ‘Nova’, which will see the world’s leading search engine sell mobile phone plans directly to consumers and manage their calls and mobile data over a cellular network.

According to Reuter citing technology news website Information, the US-based giant is in talks to buy
wholesale access to Sprint and T-Mobile mobile voice and data networks, making it a mobile virtual network operator.

To date, though, it has not been clear how widely Google plans to offer the wireless service, how much it would cost or which mobile device manufacturers, if any, have already agreed to work with Google for its new service.
