their announcement of creating a "technological breakthrough in cloud
gaming." Project Flare in November last year, the all-time-best-selling
role playing game Final Fantasy creator Square Enix has announced their
contentment in revealing the long-awaited detail on this mysterious venture in
the next Tokyo Game Show (TGS) this month.
"Everything in current streaming games is
running in its own individual instance," the company provided some
information of the project. "Flare, instead, creates one instance and
shares those resources...supercomputer-like experiences are possible with Project
Flare through a unique, patented, architecture that enables cost-efficient
scalability and processing power through which images are streamed as
video."
The TGS event will start on 18th this month while
the firm will hold their press conference in 19th.
