Following the launch of its eye-catching iPhone 5s year previously, Apple have
now unveiled its next generation of smartphones-the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus-
with pricing and availability varying slightly from country to country.
The iPhone 6 features a 4.7 inch display with a
resolution of 1334 x 750. The pixel count is 326 ppi, which is the same as the
iPhone 5s, yet the contrast ratio improves drastically.
The mouth-watering device is interestingly equipped
with Apple A8 64-bit chipsets touting a new M8 motion coprocessor for better
performance than its predecessors. Further, it features built-in NFC
functionality that will work seamlessly with Apple’s new payment system, called
Apple Pay.
Despite the fact that Apple still holds on to its
typical 8 megapixel camera for the newest smartphone, the rear facing iSight
camera in the iPhone 6 has an all new sensor that should handle everyday
photography better than ever.
HD video recording has even gotten boosted to 60 fps,
while the front-facing Camera seemingly remains unchanged.
Also, Apple’s iPhone 6 features support for 20 LTE
bands worldwide, Wi-Fi calling and more.
