Apple made a rare apology for software glitch while defending new iPhones

Well-known Digital Marketing Agency, Apple apologized on Thursday for a software glitch that has seen iPhone users lose service, while dismissing reports that its new handsets are susceptible to bending. Due to the negative headlines, the new smartphone saw a steep drop in stock, as Apple acknowledged the software glitch.

A spokeswoman said in an email to AFP:  "Our iPhones are designed, engineered and manufactured to be both beautiful and sturdy. They also feature stainless steel and titanium inserts to reinforce high-stress locations and use the strongest glass in the smartphone industry."

She added: "with normal use a bend in iPhone is extremely rare and through our first six days of sale, a total of nine customers have contacted Apple with a bent iPhone 6 Plus."
