Giant Tech Companies Support Microsoft for US over Date Usage

Viber to Debut Online Game Feature for Its Latest Update



(Digital Marketing Agency) – After massive and relentless update this year with new features such as public chat which include famous figures followed by a free video chatting service, Viber has recently confirmed that the next update will be online game section for its service.

The messaging and calling apps will add some social games such as Candy Mania, Pop and Wild Luck Casino from its parent firm Rakuten, while Storm8 and Playtika are on board as development partners for its initial launch that will only available to a number of chosen countries including Belarus, Israel, Malaysia and Singapore.

However, the plan for worldwide spread is speculated to be in 2015.

The Pirate Bay’ database Cloned



The Pirate Bay’ database has been cloned by its competitor, Isohunt, according to Digital Marketing Agency reported.

By this way, the cloned site is online and fully functioning, according to users. Mention that, the Pirate Bay was one of the world's most visited websites, has been closed since a police raid in Sweden last week.

One more thing, the purpose of Isohunt to do that is, because it wants to “save the Freedom of information on the Internet”.

Teo Plans to Build Its Eighth Data Center in Lithuania



Digital Marketing Agency, Teo Group, Lithuania’s largest provider of telecommunications and IT services, plans to build its eighth data center in the second half of 2015, with the 500kW facility hosting 106 racks of IT equipment.

Aleksandras Samuchovas, head of Business Customer Department at Teo, said: “In communication with our business customers, we have noticed that both the demand for data center services and services bought from external IT companies has been rapidly increasing, which shows that global trends of acquiring IT as a service has been increasingly gaining ground in Lithuania as well.”

It is worth noting that the company has contracted local engineering and integration specialist Firma to build its eighth data center, to be powered by 100 percent renewable energy from the nearby Kaunas Hydroelectric Power Plant.

LG Quantum Dot TVs Scheduled for Early 2015 Sales



(Digital Marketing Agency, thesnsgroup.com)- South Korean giant LG Electronics Inc. has confirmed that the company will unveil and sell its quantum dot televisions, which offering much-improved picture quality compared with existing LCD products, starting from early next year.

“LG, in a statement, said it will have 55-inch and 65-inch ultra-high definition (UHD) quantum dot TVs on display at the annual International CES trade show next month in Las Vegas. An LG spokesman said the electronics maker will start selling quantum dot products early next year, without offering details,” cited Reuter.

According to LG, the quantum dot TVs will be used as a dual-track strategy as the firm works to bring down the price for organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) TVs.

YouTube to Likely Adopt Autoplay Feature for Streaming Recommended Video



(Digital Marketing Agency) – Google-owned video platform YouTube is confirmed to be begin trialing its latest development of autoplay for suggested videos.

“With more videos coming to YouTube every minute we’re always experimenting with ways to help people more easily find, watch and share the videos that matter most to them,” said the spokesperson. “We’ll consider rolling features out more broadly based on feedback on these experiments.”
If this feature rolls out, it will automatically stream the proposed videos that pop out at the end of the streaming clip. Additionally, it will display “Up Next” bar in a full-screen mode that will tell about the next video as the service starts loading it.
There is yet a definite clue on when this feature will be launched.
